Record yourself!
It’s in the name: my first recordlabel, the name is almost generic. Based on the idea of my First Sony, the entry-point into Bedroom D.I.Y. Anyone can do it, record music and get it out there if so desired, we have the technology.

Record with M1^stRL: We are an on site studio/label, intended to make fast recordings nothing elaborate spontaneous, instinctual and improvised. The music will be made available on CD-Rs afterwards and on sample mp3s online. The artist is free to use the music however he desires.
 

RELEASES: you choose how many prints there will be, some music will be put on the internet as mp3s. The Cover consists of 2 pieces of printed paper, a plastic CD pocket, and a printed CD-R.

COVER WORK: Use either what you got on you in your pockets wallet or something from home a picture or just doodle something on a piece of paper, and scan it.  Make it simple and easy

RECORDING: Use the instruments at hand, improvise, rehearse, loop or overdub yourself, invite friends. Dare to fail, don’t be afraid to go beyond skills, just be creative most of the time if you get in the zone you end up surprising yourself.
When you have recorded up to 80 minutes, we mix/master as you choose but nothing too fancy.

STUDIO: You have 4 amplifiers to your disposal, 2 bass Amps and 2 guitar Amps and each with effect boxes. Recording it will be 4 microphones capturing what comes out of these amplifiers. A box of noise tricks and paraphernalia are also on site to aid the process.
